Missing comments?

We hear there are some problems with posting comments — if you’ve been having trouble, could you email us and let us know what the issue is for you, and what browser you’re using? We’ll work on fixes ASAP.

ETA: Fingers crossed, we got it — looks like an out-of-date plugin was causing an error. Thanks to everyone who wrote in with details, especially Bob, whose javascript expertise let us know where on the site our problem might be. Ah, the perils and pleasures of site ownership.

  I used to play guitar, very badly, many years ago. So badly in fact, that, when I auditioned for a group, they made me the singer. I was 16 then, and that was 43 years ago, doesn’t time fly? I still have my guitar, one day I’ll get it out, dust it off, tune it (if I still can), and have a go at strumming a few chords. Keep having fun Dottie, that’s what it’s all about.
